Tile, up close
Short clips of the material and the workWorking with Seaside Tile
How a job runs, from the first call to the last walkthrough. If any of it sounds off, call us and we'll explain.
We answer the phone.
Roger answers. If he's on a job, you get a call back within five minutes. You hear about delays before you have to ask, and you get a text when we're on the way.
Easy from start to finish.
One call, one site visit, one written estimate. We schedule, bring materials, do the demo, install, grout, seal, and walk the finished work with you.
Work that lasts.
Mitered edges, flat floors, straight grout lines, large-format porcelain set level. Architects and designers hire us for their own homes. One-year warranty.
Roger runs every job.
Years on the tools. He tells you what's worth the money and what isn't, keeps your house clean while we work, and stays reachable after the deposit.
Licensed and insured.
C-54 contractor #1068428, bonded and insured. Written estimates, proper invoices, and a crew that shows up when we said. Monday to Saturday, 8 to 5.
"From the first call to the final walkthrough, you deal with me. I'm on every job, I answer my phone, and we're not done until you love how it looks."Roger Verdugo, owner, Seaside Tile Inc.
