Tile, up close

Short clips of the material and the work

Working with Seaside Tile

How a job runs, from the first call to the last walkthrough. If any of it sounds off, call us and we'll explain.

COMMUNICATION

We answer the phone.

Roger answers. If he's on a job, you get a call back within five minutes. You hear about delays before you have to ask, and you get a text when we're on the way.

PROCESS

Easy from start to finish.

One call, one site visit, one written estimate. We schedule, bring materials, do the demo, install, grout, seal, and walk the finished work with you.

WORKMANSHIP

Work that lasts.

Mitered edges, flat floors, straight grout lines, large-format porcelain set level. Architects and designers hire us for their own homes. One-year warranty.

THE OWNER

Roger runs every job.

Years on the tools. He tells you what's worth the money and what isn't, keeps your house clean while we work, and stays reachable after the deposit.

THE COMPANY

Licensed and insured.

C-54 contractor #1068428, bonded and insured. Written estimates, proper invoices, and a crew that shows up when we said. Monday to Saturday, 8 to 5.

"From the first call to the final walkthrough, you deal with me. I'm on every job, I answer my phone, and we're not done until you love how it looks."
Roger Verdugo, owner, Seaside Tile Inc.
  1. First call

What you want done, your budget, and when. Photos and measurements help.

  2. Site visit

We measure and check what's under the old tile before quoting.

  3. Written estimate

One number, in writing. We follow up until you decide, no pressure.

  4. Schedule and materials

Dates set, demo done if needed, materials delivered to the job.

  5. Install, grout, seal

Each step on its own day. Rushing grout is how tile fails.

  6. Final walkthrough

We walk it together. Sign off when you're happy. Warranty starts.

Customer reviews

We'd rather show you real reviews than write our own. Read them on Google, and if we've worked together, we'd welcome yours.
